RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Red Legion Club does not offer refunds on retail purchases. 

– If the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s warranty. 

– If an item is brand new, never used and in the original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will never issue a cash refund.  

– If the item is not your size, send it back for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  

To initiate return you will need the email and order number that used to place the order. Please send your request on russian.legion.official@gmail.com

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the exchange or store credit has been issued.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA)

  • To initiate a domestic return, please follow the same procedure.
  • Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
  • Wait for the manager answer.
  • You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within few business days.
  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the exchange or store credit has been issued.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Contact customer service with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return by emailing: russian.legion.official@gmail.com
  • You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within 5 business days.*
  • Please allow 2-5 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

!!! We’ll exchange or credit the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. 

* International shipping is available anywhere in the world and shipping fees will be calculated with our manager via email. International customers are responsible for paying any any taxes, duties or import fees that may arise from the order. We do not allow a customer to return an item because they do not want to pay these fees.  Due to the laws in some countries and certain manufacturer rules, some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries.
